Design of Printing Parameter Settings Methodology for FFF Printing of Waterproof Samples from a Flexible Material

3D printing technology plays a key role in the design of prototypes and final parts. The ability to quickly easily produce almost any shape using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) method is used every industrial sector, science research. Materials for FFF can be divided into two groups, namely rigid flexible. Flexible materials, combination with pneumatics or hydraulics, offer wide range applications. However, method, where individual fibers are stacked on each other side by side, question arises whether will bond sufficiently prevent water air from passing through. This paper aims methodology parameters an printer when flexible materials ensure that filaments printed part's tightness. proposed verified samples tests, waterproof airtightness tests. Two most commonly highly TPU 30D TPE 88, were selected testing. results work intended help designers technologists calibrate use hydraulics.
